This award-winning residence at Piatt Place transformed a downtown Pittsburgh condominium into a sophisticated contemporary retreat tailored for urban living. Designed in collaboration with KBC Pittsburgh, the complete renovation reimagined every space with a focus on openness, functionality, and thoughtful detail.

Throughout the home, custom elements create both visual interest and a sense of tranquility. A striking asymmetrical water feature serves as a focal point within the main living area, while a custom upholstered feature wall adds warmth and texture to the master suite. In the guest bedroom, innovative backlit architectural panels were designed to mimic natural windows, bringing light and dimension to an otherwise enclosed space. The result is a highly personalized home that balances modern design with comfort and livability. This project was recognized as Pittsburgh Magazine's 2016 Home of the Year in the New Build category.
