Since 2016, Archetype Design Studio has partnered with Relais & Châteaux Glendorn to thoughtfully enhance and preserve one of Pennsylvania's most treasured luxury destinations. Our work has extended across the property, from private cabins and guest suites to gathering spaces within the Big House, Pine Room, and Playhouse.

Steeped in history and tradition, Glendorn offers a unique sense of place where every design decision must honor the property's rich heritage. Each renovation and furnishing update is approached with a careful balance of old and new—blending antiques with contemporary comforts, rustic character with refined details, and modern functionality with timeless appeal. The result is an evolving collection of spaces that feel authentic to Glendorn's legacy while ensuring an exceptional experience for generations of guests to come.
