Located in Pittsburgh's Piatt Place, this contemporary condominium was designed for a homeowner with a passion for modern art, antiques, and collecting. The vision was to create an architectural backdrop that would not only showcase the collection, but become an integral part of the overall living experience.

A former common hallway was incorporated into the residence and transformed into a dramatic gallery-style vestibule, complete with a custom water feature that creates a memorable arrival experience. Throughout the home, custom architectural elements—including an asymmetrical fireplace feature, integrated wine display, and carefully selected materials and finishes—add depth, texture, and visual interest. The result is a highly personalized urban residence where architecture, art, and collection-driven living come together seamlessly.
